Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Panache Design Studio by identifying new business opportunities and assisting in client outreach. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining records of prospects, and supporting follow-ups with potential clients. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and basic reports, and coordinate with the design and project management teams to understand service offerings.

This is an in-office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and direct interaction with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up face-to-face meetings with brokers to introduce Panache Designs Studio’s interior design services and establish mutually beneficial referral partnerships.
- Be in continuous touch with your broker network through regular follow-ups, calls, and visits to ensure we remain their top-of-mind interior design partner for their clients.
- Maintain clear records of meetings,



broker details, and potential leads generated from the network.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A highly proactive, outgoing, and resilient personality.
- A genuine interest in sales, business development, and relationship building.
- Prior knowledge of real estate or interior design is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to apply strong analytical skills and perform structured market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Capability in lead generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and basic sales follow-up.

- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
