Job Title: Business Development Executive – US Healthcare RCM Sales

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives with experience in US Healthcare Sales, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare BPO services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective healthcare providers, generating leads, conducting outreach, scheduling meetings, and assisting in closing new business opportunities within the US healthcare market.

Role Requirements:

• Shift Timings (US Shift): 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM / 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, WFO

Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads from the US healthcare market (cms.gov, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)

· Reach out to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers

· Promote end-to-end RCM services including Billing, AR, prior authorization, and denial management

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis





· Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

· Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities in CRM tools

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications

· Drive end-to-end closure of new business opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

· 3-6 years of sales experience (mandatory)

· Must have experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / Healthcare BPO sales

· Excellent English communication skills

· Experience in cold calling and lead generation

· Comfortable working US CST night shift

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
