Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Experience in client management, investor relations, and land acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative business ideas.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
