Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for web, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, and present tailored proposals that address client needs. The role includes managing client accounts,



maintaining ongoing relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover, and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The individual will also participate in sales planning, maintain CRM records, and contribute ideas for improving business development processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Business understanding and commercial awareness.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions sales is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and time-management capabilities.
