Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new clients for IT services, staffing, and staff augmentation.
- Manage business development through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance bidding platforms.
- Prepare proposals, submit bids, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build relationships with domestic and international clients and staffing partners.
- Drive C2C, V2V, contract staffing, and vendor empanelment opportunities.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in IT business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and freelance bidding platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, lead generation, and client acquisition skills.
- Knowledge of IT services and staffing models.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
