Business Development Executive SALES & PARTNERSHIPS Sarisab Pahi, Madhubani, Bihar | Field based role with travel across Bihar La Pahi Palace is looking for a self driven sales professional to generate enquiries, build partnerships and grow bookings for weddings, corporate events, meetings, get-togethers and resort stays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, direct meetings and referrals ; convert them into property visits and bookings.

- Meet decision makers at banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, FMCG firms, businesses and other organisations to develop recurring corporate business.
- Build relationships and tie ups with event managers, event companies and corporate partners across Bihar , including Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and wherever opportunities arise.
- Engage with Mithila and Maithil community groups in metros and abroad to create awareness and referral opportunities.
- Own the complete SPANCO sales cycle , from prospecting and enquiry through follow-up, negotiation, confirmed booking and handover.
- Maintain leads, activities,



follow-ups and pipeline stages in the CRM ; submit regular activity and sales reports and meet agreed monthly performance targets. WORKING ARRANGEMENT Primarily a travelling, field based role. Initially, at least one in person review meeting per week, preferably at La Pahi Palace. Being based nearby is preferred, but relocation is not mandatory for the right candidate.

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE Indicative monthly retainer: Rs. 25,000 to 30,000 , depending on experience and capability, plus approved travel expenses.

Performance linked commission chance: approximately Rs. 10,000 to 25,000 per month , based on business generated and monthly target achievement. Final terms will be discussed during selection. PREFERRED PROFILE Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales or business development experience preferred.

Experience in B2B sales, banking, insurance, FMCG, events or hospitality; strong communication, networking and disciplined follow-up skills.
