Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for finance and accounting outsourcing services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to support account growth.

The executive will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. The role also includes tracking sales activities, reporting performance metrics, and contributing ideas to refine business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive Current Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing opportunities.




- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management principles to nurture client relationships and support retention and upselling.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in sales or business development within professional services, finance, or accounting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office for tracking leads, preparing reports, and managing client data.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
