Find and win new clients for our website, software, app and digital marketing services. You will own the full sales cycle, from first call to signed proposal, working closely with our project and marketing teams.

What You Will Do

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and local networking in Patna and across India.
- Meet business owners to understand their goals and recommend the right mix of IT and digital marketing services.
- Prepare proposals and quotations with the project team, and follow up until the deal is closed.
- Keep the CRM up to date with every lead, meeting and next step.
- Hand over new clients smoothly to the delivery team and stay in touch for repeat and referral business.
- Track monthly targets and share pipeline updates with management.

What We Are Looking For

- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally selling IT, software or marketing services.
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi.




- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and negotiating.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, SEO and social media marketing.
- Organised, self-driven and comfortable working to targets.
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA is a plus).

Positive to Have

- Existing network of business owners in Bihar.
- Experience with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
