Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Counsellor for our EPT (English Proficiency Test) Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills. The role involves handling walk-in inquiries, counselling prospective students, and guiding them in selecting the most suitable course based on their academic or immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Attend and counsel walk-in students regarding IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency test preparation courses.

· Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses and study plans.

· Explain course features, batch schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.

· Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into admissions.

· Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM/system.





· Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

· Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for batch allocation and student onboarding.

Required Skills

· 1–3 years of experience in Sales, customer handling, any client facing role.

· Solid counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent presentation and convincing abilities.

· Ability to handle walk-ins and convert leads into admissions.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

· Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
