Job Summary

Diligence Certifications is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. This prospect is suitable for candidates interested in sales, business development, client relationship management, and certification services.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable certification and compliance services.
- Explain company services related to BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other certification requirements.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering Graduates: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, Civil, Electrical,



or Mechanical Engineering.
- Management Graduates: BBA and MBA candidates are also eligible to apply.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence in interacting with clients are essential.
- Additional Qualities: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and business development.

Note: Candidates with a background in Computer Science or Information Technology are not eligible for the engineering graduate category.
