Key Responsibilities:

- Customer support, product promotion, feedback collection, and follow-ups.

- Follow up on old/existing customer data and generate new leads.

- Data extraction, lead generation, and lead verification.

- Handle basic product troubleshooting and support processes.

- Maintain customer records and reports.

Required Skills:

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets & Drive.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

- Basic understanding of software support and troubleshooting.

- Freshers are welcome; software/customer support experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
