Job Summary

InfinityMind Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our IT services and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote IT services, including website development, mobile applications, ERP, CRM, AI/ML solutions, and custom software development.
- Identify potential clients across industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and education.
- Contact prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and arrange meetings with the technical or sales team.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Manage leads, maintain customer databases, and update sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms,



and support the closure of business deals.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Educational Qualification
- Any degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant sales or business development experience in the IT industry are preferred.
