Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, calls, emails, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
- Promote the company's IT services and training programs to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of leads, client communications, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.




- Basic knowledge of IT services and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships.
- Positive follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales or business development will be preferred.
