Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. You will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for our digital and AI services. Responsibilities include:

- Researching markets and reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings
- Presenting and demonstrating our AI and technology solutions to clients
- Preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth client onboarding
- Managing and growing assigned accounts
- Maintaining CRM records and reporting on performance against targets

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation,



with experience converting prospects into clients.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including market research, sales processes, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven Account Management skills, including support for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office tools (spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Prior experience in digital or technology services sales is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, products, and emerging technologies, with the ability to explain their business value and confidently give live demos and presentations of AI-powered services to clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
