Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The candidate should be comfortable making calls, conducting field visits, meeting clients, and communicating in multiple languages to expand our business network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company's products and services.
- Conduct field visits and meet clients to understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Present company services and prepare proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective client communication and service delivery.




- Maintain client databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned sales, client acquisition, and business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business visits.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred, along with good English communication skills.
- Good verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to make calls and conduct regular field visits to meet clients.
- Ability to identify potential customers and develop business relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to travel for client visits can also apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
