Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be the link between our clients and our recruitment team. You will understand clients’ IT hiring needs, build lasting relationships, and make sure the right talent is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with new and existing clients to understand their IT hiring requirements
- Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to deliver the right talent within agreed timelines
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Support the sales and account management process, from lead generation to closure
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Share job requirements clearly with recruiters and follow up on progress
- Maintain client records, track requirements and prepare regular status updates




- Gather client feedback and help improve service quality and client satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, client coordination or account management, preferably in IT staffing or recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with targets and handle multiple client requirements at once
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and CRM or tracking tools
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or a business degree is a plus)

Valuable to Have

- Experience with US or state client requirements
- Exposure to lead generation and client onboarding

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
