Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC sectors.

- Client Engagement: Meet with architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients to pitch HVAC equipment, installation, and AMC/service solutions.

- Lead Generation & Field Sales: Conduct market visits, follow up on inbound leads, and initiate cold calling/email outreach to expand market presence.

- Quotation & Proposal Handover: Coordinate with technical/estimation teams to prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and maintenance contracts (AMCs).

- Market Insights: Track market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging HVAC product demands to align sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



2 to 3 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the HVAC, MEP, or MEP/Building Services sector.

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment (Ductable Splits, AHUs, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, and AMC services).

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and two-wheeler for field visits.

- Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
