About the Role

Toodex Technology is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships and support revenue growth in the engineering and manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through research, networking and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable proposals.
- Prepare quotations, presentations and business proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients,



manage the sales pipeline and track business opportunities.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Support commercial negotiations and follow up on enquiries, proposals and orders.
- Work towards business development targets and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or client acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify prospects, build relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Good research, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial sales is preferred.
