Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our field sales team. You will interact with property owners and customers, conduct property/site visits, explain NoBroker services, and help drive successful property transactions.

Qualified leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet property owners and customers for property sales, rentals, and leases.
- Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
- Explain property details, pricing, and NoBroker services.
- Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
- Negotiate with buyers and sellers to support deal closure.
- Onboard property owners and promote premium services where applicable.
- Visit commercial properties and collect owner details.




- Update property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.
- Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility
- Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
- Smart Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

Mandatory Requirements
- Own bike and valid driving licence.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to communicate in at least one of these combinations:

- English + Kannada

- English + Telugu

- English + Tamil

- English + Hindi

- English + Marathi
