Key Responsibilities

- Answer queries from schools that contact us regarding science programs, workshops, and school events after finding us online.
- Understand school requirements and recommend the best-suited offerings based on grade level, budget, and expectations.
- Connect with school representatives who enquire through lead generation ads, landing pages, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the customer interaction team to get updates, feedback, and follow-ups from schools.
- Maintain and update school lead details using the CRM system to track conversations, follow-ups, and closures.
- Use automated calling tools, CRM software, and communication platforms to interact efficiently with schools.
