Designation: Business Development - Affiliate Marketing (Domestic Market)

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Mumbai/ Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Relevant experience in affiliate marketing / affiliate business development.
- Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem and performance marketing.
- Experience in identifying and acquiring new advertisers / clients and developing existing business relationships.
- Should be comfortable working across international affiliate markets.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPS and other performance-based campaign models.
- Ability to identify recent business opportunities, negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Should have a strong understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, traffic sources and campaign requirements.
- Experience working with international clients/advertisers will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of independently managing the business development cycle from lead generation to closure and account growth.
