Senior Business Analyst – US Healthcare

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid US Healthcare domain expertise, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare systems, and business requirements analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze RCM workflows, including claims, eligibility, prior authorization, billing, and denial management.
- Work with EHR/EMR, medical billing, and claims processing systems.
- Understand HIPAA compliance and healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI X12.




- Conduct stakeholder discussions, gap analysis, process mapping, and UAT.
- Collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Use JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for documentation and data analysis.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong US Healthcare and RCM knowledge.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Healthcare systems and HIPAA compliance.
- BRD/FRD documentation, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and UAT.
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR/EDI X12 and working SQL skills.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
