We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Non-US Raters

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts based in India, Brazil, and Colombia to join an exciting remote AI project!

Role: Business Analyst – Non-US Raters

Location: India, Brazil, and Colombia

Experience: 3+ years

Compensation: $15 USD/hour (converted to your local currency)

Duration: 16 weeks

Start Date: Immediate

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, with 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific Time (PST) zone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots.
- Analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Conduct structured evaluations and provide assessments based on defined criteria.
- Identify gaps, document findings, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all evaluations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.




- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Work Schedule & Project Details:

- Fully remote contract opportunity.
- Full-time availability required.
- Five working days per week, including weekends when required, with two weekdays off.
- Four hours of overlap with the US Pacific Time zone.
- Project-based work involving the evaluation and comparison of chatbot responses.
