We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a project focused on evaluating and comparing chatbot responses against defined business and quality criteria.

What You'll Do

- Analyze and document business requirements and workflows.
- Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses.
- Conduct structured assessments and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Provide clear final evaluations, insights, and recommendations.
- Prepare reports and relevant project documentation.
- Support testing, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track project progress, risks, and key performance indicators.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau,



or similar tools.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to objectively evaluate and compare chatbot outputs.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.

Project Details

- Role: Business Analyst
- Work Type: Project-based
- Duration: 16 weeks
- Schedule: 5 working days per week, including weekends as required, with 2 weekdays off
- Work Mode: Remote
