- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of business requirements.
- Validate user acceptance criteria and support UAT planning and execution.

Stay updated on RBI/NPCI regulations, ISO 20022, and emerging fintech trends

Required Skills Experience

- 8-10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Payments domain analysis.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, clearing and settlement systems, and digital payment architectures.
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication.




- Familiarity with core banking systems, transaction lifecycle, and API-based integrations.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with banks, fintechs, or payment processors.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, AML/KYC, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
