- Key Responsibilities

- IPO Readiness &
- Execution: Coordinate with executive leadership, underwriters, legal advisors, and regulators throughout the IPO process.Investor Relations &
- Communication:

- Develop investor communication strategies and manage investor presentations, earnings announcements, press releases, and financial disclosures.Roadshows &

- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Plan and execute investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and analyst briefings.Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic decision-making.Regulatory Compliance &

- Governance:

- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and stock exchange regulations, disclosure requirements,



and corporate governance standards.Financial Reporting &

- Analysis:

- Support financial analysis, IPO documentation, due diligence, and investor messaging.

- Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

10+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, IPO execution, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications.
