Job Title: Business Analyst (Entry-Level, 6+ Months Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with at least 6 months of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing essential documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements through client meetings, stakeholder interviews, and research.

- Prepare transparent and concise documentation including:

- Business Requirements Document (BRD)

- Functional Requirements Document (FRD)

- Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Create and manage user stories, use cases, and wireframes.

- Design and analyze process flows to optimize business operations.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.





- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and product enhancements.

- Participate in client calls and internal meetings to ensure continuous alignment of goals and expectations.

- Assist in the testing and validation of implemented solutions.

- Evaluate and coordinate with vendors to ensure the translation of business expectations into deliverables, maintaining alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:
