About CSi (Customer, Strategy & Intelligence)

CSi is the Customer, Strategy & Intelligence division of Landmark Group Globally. It brings together the former DLL (Data Labs Landmark), the Group Loyalty function (Shukran), Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Martech.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience: 2.5 to 4.5 years
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any quantitative discipline. Candidates from Economics, Statistics, Operations Research or Mathematics background from reputable institutions will be preferred.
- Experience of working in areas of retail like Inventory Management, Location/Space optimization, Assortment Planning, pricing, shelf placements.
- Expertise in programming language such as Python, SQL is a must and Pyspark good to have.




- Expertise in predictive analytics techniques around Optimization, classification or regression, clustering, A/B testing, Time Series, demand forecasting, Tree-based algorithms and model assembling techniques.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment.
- Solid drive and passion to deliver business impact through retail Analytics.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations.
