About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to support a government-sector digital transformation initiative. The candidate will work closely with client departments and field offices to understand existing processes, identify challenges, define business requirements, and contribute to the assessment and prioritisation of potential AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with client departments, zones, field offices, and process owners to gather requirements, records, and sample data.
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand existing processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Document AS-IS processes and define functional KPIs and measurable success criteria.
- Develop and validate problem statements and preliminary functional solution concepts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain pending information and maintain progress on project deliverables.




- Prepare functional inputs for project reports and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.
- Consider data privacy, security, and Responsible AI requirements in functional designs.

- Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant Business Analysis or process-reengineering experience.
- Robust requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engage directly with multiple departments and follow up proactively to obtain required information.

- Good to Have

- Government, public-sector, or utility-domain experience.
- Familiarity with BPMN/UML and process-modelling tools.
- Exposure to AI, RPA, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Willingness to participate in on-ground client interactions and field visits.
