Business

Analysis and Project Management

- Candidates must have a combination of Business Analysis and Project Management skills and experience.

- Candidates from a purely Project Management background will not be considered.

Project

Management

- Ability to take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, without close supervision.

- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative, get started quickly, and drive activities forward without waiting for instructions.

3.

Business

Analysis

- Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams across different offices, translating business concepts into transparent, implementable requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business process changes,



challenge existing business practices, and collaborate effectively with key business stakeholders.

- Experience in preparing requirement documentation, product specifications, and other deliverables in accordance with program standards.

Work Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Candidates with experience in the financial services or commodities industry will be preferred.

- Experience in Market Risk and ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) is desirable.

- Candidates should have a stable career history, without a pattern of frequent job changes.

- Career gaps exceeding one year should be avoided unless there is a reasonable explanation.
