The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of the stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and to implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and documenting requirements in a clear and concise manner.



You will also be involved in testing and validating solutions to ensure they align with business objectives. The successful candidate will possess solid analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the Loan Origination System (LOS).
