- Conduct meetings and workshops to elicit and document business requirements using domain expertise.

- Produce process and data models of the current and future states.

- Shape the vision with clients and understand their needs.

- Elicit processes, data, and capabilities to derive target processes and business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.

- Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 0-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Experience with process modeling and data analysis is an added advantage.

- Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, MBA/PGDM, MCA, MS/M.Sc(Science).
