We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on App Foundry experience to join our App Foundry Platform Team.

This is a Business Analyst role, not a pure support role. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to understand requirements, improve platform processes, support application onboarding, and ensure explicit and effective documentation.

? What You'll Do

- Gather, analyze and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with users to understand and triage requests received through Slack.
- Support application onboarding, including access, uploading and publishing applications.
- Document platform workflows, application lifecycle processes and onboarding procedures.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, user guides and process documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Support UAT, testing and validation of platform changes.
- Identify recurring issues and user pain points and recommend process improvements.





? What We're Looking For

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with App Foundry
- 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / similar analytical role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories and functional documentation.
- Understanding of web applications, access/permissions, configuration and user-facing issues.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work with meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours.
