Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering &
- Business Analysis:

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).

- Process Mapping &

- Optimization:

Map current-state ("as-is") business processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and design optimized future-state ("to-be") workflows to drive operational excellence.

- Business Decision Support: Analyze business operations, performance metrics, and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making. Synthesize findings to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

- Performance Reporting &

- KPI Tracking:

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into operational performance.

- Project Collaboration &

- Delivery:

Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business partners to ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and strategic objectives.

- Stakeholder Management &

- Coordination:

Support strategic and reporting submissions to Global seniors in close coordination with the F&C; senior leadership, acting as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders.

- Process Improvement &

- Simplification:

Support end-to-end process improvement, automation,



and simplification efforts from initiation through implementation.

- Special Projects: Support ad-hoc tasks for special projects in collaboration with the Business Execution team, including business transformation and change management efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Corporate Real

Estate and/or Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous.

- Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a strong capacity to understand complex business systems and processes.

- Methodologies &
- Tools:

Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Signavio, or Lucidchart).

Experience with Jira and Confluence is highly desirable.

- Technical Proficiency (General): Solid technology orientation with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
