Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branding and Sales Executive to promote the company's brand, generate new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding and Marketing

- Develop and implement branding and promotional strategies.
- Increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media promotions and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Sales and Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.




- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and CRM records.

Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and sales techniques.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented approach with positive problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree

Compensation Salary: As per company standards and experience, with performance-based incentives where applicable.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
