About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead brand sponsorships and strategic partnerships for our Women Leadership Circle. This role is focused on building meaningful collaborations with brands that align with our vision of empowering women leaders, while driving revenue through curated partnerships and events.

Job Location:- Andheri West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and onboard brand partners and sponsors aligned with the community’s positioning
- Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales for events, programs, and initiatives
- Build and maintain solid relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers
- Create and pitch customized sponsorship decks and proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction
- Track, analyze, and report on revenue targets and partnership performance
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand expectations

Key Requirements





- 5–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development
- Strong network with brands, agencies, or corporate marketing teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
