Job Summary

SLN Marketing Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Brand Promoters to strengthen our brand presence and expand our market reach across various Mandals, Towns, and Villages.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting the SLN brand, increasing brand awareness, generating new business leads, identifying potential customers, and expanding our reach into new geographical areas.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in marketing, branding, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Promotion & Awareness

- Promote the SLN Marketing brand across different Mandals, Towns, and Villages.
- Increase brand awareness and establish a robust brand presence in targeted locations.
- Communicate the company's brand identity, services, and business offerings to potential customers.
- Ensure consistent and professional representation of the SLN brand in the market.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate new leads through field marketing, customer interactions, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Collect customer details and maintain an updated database of generated leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

3. Market Expansion





- Conduct promotional activities across assigned Mandals, Towns, and Villages.
- Identify new locations and opportunities to expand SLN's market presence.
- Build relationships with local communities, potential customers, and referral networks.
- Support the company's expansion plans by increasing brand visibility in untapped markets.

4. Promotional Activities

- Participate in field campaigns, marketing events, promotional programs, and customer awareness activities.
- Promote company-approved marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.
- Support the organization of promotional events and customer engagement programs.
- Explore effective ways to reach more people and improve brand recognition.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Submit daily activity reports, lead generation reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Team.
- Work towards achieving assigned brand promotion and lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree or B.Tech / Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, branding, field promotion, and business development.




- Willingness to travel across assigned Mandals, Towns, and Villages.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and local communities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools.
