Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Property Advisor to coordinate with brands and business clients looking for suitable commercial spaces. The candidate will gather requirements, communicate with property owners and builders, identify relevant properties, and assist with onboarding suitable properties to the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with brands, startups, businesses, investors, buyers, and sellers to understand their property needs.
- Collect details regarding location preferences, space requirements, budget, and business objectives.
- Identify commercial properties that match the requirements of clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with property owners, builders, and other stakeholders to obtain updated property information.
- Assist with collecting property photographs, pricing details, availability, and other onboarding information.




- Share suitable property options with the relevant clients and internal teams.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings as required.
- Follow up with clients and property owners to keep requirements updated.
- Maintain organised records of property details, client discussions, and onboarding progress.
- Develop professional relationships with brands, business representatives, and property owners.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree from a recognised institution.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, client servicing, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and coordinate property-related activities.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for meetings and property visits.
- Kannada language skills are preferred.
- A proactive approach to client coordination and follow-ups.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed salary of ₹25,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
