ABSOJOB is hiring experienced sales professionals for a leading financial-services opportunity across Gujarat.

We are looking for high-performing BFSI professionals with strong direct-sales capabilities, multi-product expertise and a proven track record of incentive earnings.

? Locations & Vacancies

- Ahmedabad: 5 Positions
- Surat: 4 Positions

? Roles Available

1. Branch Sales – Self-Sourcing: Acquire customers through direct selling, field activities and self-generated business.
2. Ecosystem Sales – Connector/Referral Partners: Generate business through connectors, referral partners, DSAs and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire customers through self-sourcing and company-provided leads.
- Sell and cross-sell Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), Loans Against Property (LAP) and Insurance.
- Build and manage customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Develop connector and referral-partner networks for business generation.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue and persistency targets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI, banking, financial services, bancassurance or direct sales.
- Demonstrated B2C/direct-sales experience with exposure to at least 3 distinct financial products . Single-product sales profiles will not be considered.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Full-time graduation is mandatory. Distance-learning and part time degrees are not eligible.
- Graduation university,



degree format and final percentage/CGPA must be clearly mentioned in the CV.
- Proven monthly incentive earnings exceeding ₹30,000 , verifiable through salary slips.
- Basic English communication skills and strong customer relationship abilities.
- Clear career progression, sales achievements and incentive history.

Compensation

Maximum CTC: ₹5 LPA

Incentives and other compensation components will be as per the applicable company structure.

Preferred Candidate Background

Professionals currently or previously associated with banks, NBFCs, lending institutions, bancassurance and financial-product distribution companies.
