1. Purchase &
- Vendor Management

- Manage procurement of vehicles, spare parts, accessories, and operational materials.

- Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

- Ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and adherence to company policies.

- Monitor purchase orders, stock availability, and supplier performance.

1. Sales &
- Business Development

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.





- Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and collection targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

1. Administration &
- Business Operations

- Oversee daily administrative activities and ensure operational efficiency.

- Manage employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and office administration.

- Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Ensure proper coordination between sales, purchase, accounts, inventory, and logistics.

- Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

1. Inventory &
- Financial Control

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and stock ageing.

- Control operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.

- Coordinate with finance and accounts for billing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

- Review MIS reports, budgets, sales margins, and departmental performance.

- Support management in business planning and strategic decision-making.
