JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Branch Operations Management: Directing daily branch activities, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Sales & Revenue Target Achievement: Setting and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while driving client conversion and business growth.
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating branch personnel to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Ensuring all visa filings, client documentation,



and internal processes strictly adhere to immigration laws and company policies.
- Client & Escalation Handling: Managing major client consultations, overseeing file quality audits, and resolving high-level customer complaints or escalations.
