We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage sales, customer service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations, sales, and distribution.
- Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
- Identify local market opportunities and develop business plans.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch employees.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.
- Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
- Strong leadership, sales, business development, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
