About the Role

Nexus Gaming is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth functioning of our gaming zone.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team management, customer service, business operations, and revenue management. Experience in gaming zones, hospitality, entertainment, or retail management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the gaming zone.
- Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee console gaming, snooker, and pool table operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift allocation, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, and cash handling.
- Ensure proper billing, customer entries, bookings, and session management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated complaints.
- Ensure all gaming equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor inventory, equipment usage, and maintenance requirements.
- Drive customer retention, repeat visits,



and revenue growth.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism across the branch.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling daily operations, staff, and customer concerns.
- Basic understanding of sales, revenue tracking, and cash management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational day and night shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and reporting.
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or leisure businesses will be an advantage.
