Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs for commercial interior projects, including corporate offices, sales galleries, and turnkey fit-outs.

- Read and interpret architectural, interior design, and working drawings.

- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, HVAC, painting, glass, partitions, and finishing works.

- Prepare cost estimates, material quantity calculations, and rate analysis.

- Review drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies, missing items, and scope variations.

- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, procurement teams, and site execution teams.

- Obtain and compare vendor quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.

- Prepare and maintain estimation sheets using Microsoft Excel.

- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and value engineering.

- Prepare revised BOQs for design changes and additional work.

- Ensure accuracy in measurements, quantities, specifications, and project costing.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior projects.

- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying.

- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand interior working drawings.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BOQ preparation formats.

- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, specifications, and market rates.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of turnkey commercial interior projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who has hands-on experience preparing BOQs for corporate offices, commercial spaces, and large-scale interior fit-out projects, with a strong focus on accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹345,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
