Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Fresher Graduates to join our Banking Voice Support team. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking products, services, accounts, and transactions. You will act as the first point of contact for banking customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from banking customers in a professional manner.

- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, credit/debit cards, fund transfers, and general banking products.

- Provide accurate and timely information following banking compliance and quality standards.

- Escalate complex issues or complaints to senior management when necessary.

- Maintain logs and documentation of customer interactions in the database system.

Shift & Schedule Details

- Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts (

- Week Offs: 6-day work week with Rotational 1 Off per week.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
