Job Responsibilities

- Plan and manage overall production operations.

- Achieve production, quality and delivery targets.

- Lead supervisors, engineers and production teams.

- Control manufacturing costs, manpower and material utilization.

- Drive continuous improvement, safety and operational efficiency.

- Supervise daily BLDC motor assembly and production activities.

- Manage manpower allocation and shift operations.

- Monitor daily production targets, quality and rejection rates.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards and 5S practices.

- Prepare daily production reports.

Requirements

- BE / B.Tech or Diploma with relevant manufacturing management experience.

- Typically 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.

- Robust knowledge of production planning, quality and team leadership.

- BLDC motor or electrical manufacturing experience preferred.

- Job Location: Ahilyanagar MIDC

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
