Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels as per process requirements.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain customer satisfaction while meeting productivity targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Customer support or BPO experience is an advantage.
