? WE’RE HIRING | BIM COORDINATOR – MEPF

Petrocon Engineers & Consultants is looking for experienced BIM Coordinators – MEPF to join our team in Mangalore.

We are seeking professionals with solid expertise in BIM modelling, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination for Industrial, Building & Infrastructure projects.

?️ Discipline: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection (MEPF)

Key Responsibilities:

→ Develop and coordinate MEPF BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements.

→ Perform clash detection and coordinate model issues across MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines.

→ Lead BIM coordination discussions, track clashes, and work with design and site teams to resolve issues.

→ Prepare coordinated drawings, quantity schedules, clash reports, shop drawings, and as-built models.

→ Maintain model accuracy, documentation standards, and version control.

→ Support design coordination, RFIs, and construction execution requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical,



Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.

✅ Minimum 6 years of experience in MEPF BIM modelling and coordination.

✅ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.

✅ Experience working on industrial or building projects.

✅ Knowledge of clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, ISO 19650, and BIM Execution Plans.

✅ BIM training or certification in Revit MEP / Navisworks preferred.
