Role Description The Billing Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot.

The Billing

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills for construction projects, ensuring accuracy in quantities, rates, and work measurements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing BOQ and rate analysis, coordinating with project and site teams for measurements,



cross-checking contractor and client bills, and maintaining billing-related documentation and records. The role involves working closely with the estimation and execution teams to reconcile quantities, support project cost control, and ensure timely submission of bills.

The Billing

Engineer will also assist in preparing periodic reports, addressing billing queries, and supporting audits and compliance as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation skills.
- Candidates should possess experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for verifying quantities, costs, and documentation.
- Relevant experience in construction billing, preferably in civil projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software tools.
