Responsibilities Senior QS & Billing (Faade Industry)

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for faade, glazing, aluminium, ACP, and cladding works.

- Handle project billing, client billing, subcontractor bills, and RA bills.

- Prepare and verify measurement sheets, work orders, and BOQ variations.

- Analyze project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, purchase, and accounts teams.

- Verify site measurements and ensure accurate quantity calculations.

- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons,



and extra-item claims.

- Maintain billing records, project documentation, and MIS reports.

- Monitor project progress against BOQ quantities and approved budgets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing, preferably in the faade, glazing, aluminium, ACP, or construction industry.

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, RA bills, and client billing.

- Experience in subcontractor billing, rate analysis, and cost control.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Valuable coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

- Candidates available for immediate joining in Hyderabad are preferred.
